Independent operator / Flop Network testnet
Flip on Flop operates validators and GPU miners on Flop Network, the proof-of-useful-inference protocol where AI agents pay for compute in $FLOP. We are online from testnet day one, because uptime is what the network ranks.
01 / THESIS
Flop has no presale and no VC round. Roughly 20% of supply is set aside for testnet participants, distributed over ten years to the miners, validators and agents who actually did the work.
Validator ranking rewards continuous uptime and keeping pace with forced upgrades through the 90-day testnet. Operators who start late cannot buy back the days they missed.
We rent rather than buy, choosing GPUs on verified inference per dollar. Capital goes into running time on the network, not into hardware that depreciates while we wait.
02 / OPERATIONS
CPU nodes that author blocks and finalize the chain, each paired with a data-availability service. We run them as a fleet, monitored around the clock and upgraded one at a time so the set never goes dark.
Inference workers that serve real agent requests under proof of useful inference. Every job is verified on-chain, so rewards track compute delivered, not hashes burned.
Fleet uptime, rewards accrued and GPU spend, reported to partners behind a login.
